I help equity-driven organisations deliver better public services, through strategic vision setting and user-centred product management. I’m passionate about inclusive design and building diverse teams.

I lead product teams at the national charity Citizens Advice to transform services and get people the support they need. I’ve worked across the Canadian and U.K. governments as part of the digital transformation mission. I specialise in high volume, human-centred product delivery for mission critical public services.
